Initially hesitant due to some alarming previous reviews from various web sources, I decided to take a chance on this hotel—and I'm incredibly glad I did. Since check-in, the experience has been nothing short of impressive. Check-In and Common Areas The check-in process was seamless, requiring only a $100 refundable deposit. The front desk was welcoming, and the common areas were immaculately maintained—clean, neatly arranged, and inviting. Room Cleanliness Walking through the halls, I was immediately struck by the pristine conditions. The hallways were spotless, with no visible stains or dirt. The air carried a clean bleach-water scent, which might not be everyone's favorite, but to me, it signaled thorough and proper cleaning—far preferable to lingering odors of weed or cigarettes. Queen Suite Highlights The suite exceeded expectations in every way: - Two queen beds with ample storage (upper and lower cabinets) - Fully functional TV requiring no additional setup - Convenient kitchenette with microwave and mini-fridge - Clever room layout providing some privacy with a separate sink area - Very soft comfortable beds, linens & pillows Bathroom and Shower The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, with: - Clean, stain-free towel linens - An immaculately maintained shower - A shower curtain that was both visually and hygienically clean As someone particularly concerned about cleanliness, I was impressed that the room and bathroom appeared cleaner than many other accommodations in the area. The attention to detail was remarkable—no dust, no crumbs, no mysterious stains. ☆Final Thoughts☆ What began as a cautious booking turned into a delightful week-long stay (& continuing). For those worried by previous negative reviews, I can confidently say this hotel offers exceptional value and cleanliness.

The staff have to be my favorite part undoubtedly. It is so nice to be around smiling faces. From the desk staff upon entry, to the people who keep the hotel looking bright and inviting not one person has failed to smile 😊. It just lifts me up and energizes my day. Quiet area, close to restaurants, shopping and centrally located in between Blue Springs and Independence!

Perfect place for anything at Arrowhead stadium as you’re coming and going from the opposite way of all the traffic. Updated and clean. Comfortable firm yet soft bed. Bathroom was accommodating to all body types. We stayed in a single queen room it’s perfect and cozy for two people. If you have a kid a queen room may be too small. It had nice built in selfs by the window that are perfect for luggage and an open area to hang your clothes so you will not forget anything. The waffles were great at breakfast

The room was clean, the bed was okay. Breakfast was good. It was convenient to everything.
